When taking photos while you’re on vacation or out for a walk do you want your photos to turn out like the pro’s? Are you having problems in different lighting conditions such as sunrise, mid-day, sunset, the urban city or natural environments? We can help you with our 2-day course.
Unlike other courses we will take you down a different route. Instead of a class that puts you in a room and discuses different lighting scenarios, each day our classes are built around taking you out into the field at familiar Vancouver locations, giving you a complete interactive hands-on experience, full of tips and tricks-of-the-trade to help you get the photos you want.
Day 1 – 3hrs - sunrise
– 3hrs - mid day
Day 2 – 3hrs - sunset
– 3hrs – mid-day urban city
Each session is designed to help you get the practical experience you need for each scenario. All sessions will have no more than 2-4 people to maximize personal instruction. While the course is structured around landscape photography, the skills gained through these sessions can be applied to any of your photo’s.
Sessions will focus on:
- composition
- light source and quality
- metering (zones)
- background and foreground elements
- practical camera theory
- along with many other tips
Note: This Program is geared towards honing the skills of the intermediate photographer with an SLR camera with adjustable settings. It is NOT a “how does my camera work” course - please read your manual for that.
